In Rennes

Raymond had a nice conversation over coffee at a cafĂ© with Marquise Fifi Cinq-Mars of Orange.  He intimated that he had some aristocratic lineage, but that it was not complementary.  She found that amusing and invited Raymond to call on her again.

    Sturm’s Log Session 8: 3/22/2015

    In the Prison
While the injured recovered, Mena spoke with Soto-sama.  The families and most of the guards made it through to the destination world.  Mena asked in Soto-sama could identify the Cyber-Lady.  She replied that she had joined the Legions very young, and when she had returned from time to time, she never gave much thought to Fierce since it was an out of the way, rustic place whose magic only worked locally.  Mena asked Soto-sama what her intentions were.  She replied that she would probably remain on Fierce to help free it from the Cyber-naki, siting that if she left, she would probably be arrested by Drake.

Mena asked how many factories Soto-sama was aware of.  She replied that she was not aware of any factories, but from what Mena had described, it was probably dependent on the artifact that they had handed off to Baudemagus.

    To Chateaugiron

Raymond and Laurent intended to drive to Chateaugiron to investigate the church that Antoinette had mentioned.  They would go under the cover of inspecting art believed to be similar to that which was stolen.

As they left their building, two men in leather overcoats accosted them.  They were Gestapo officers and asked them to come with them to Gestapo Headquarters.

    Observing the Factory

Raymond and Laurent continued observing the Ollivier factory complex.  They noted that two of the buildings appeared to be normal assembly plants, but the third, which originally appeared to be administrative, occasionally had people in lab coats coming out for smoke breaks out a side door.

    Sturm’s Log Session 7: 3/8/2015

    At the Hospital
While the team rested at the hospital, Sturm updated Soto-sama (mostly).

The death being returned to the hospital with them.

Soto-sama said that she was more interested in getting the families of her legionnaires off of Fierce to someplace relatively safe and worrying about the long term consequences later.  Mena suggested sending them through the Door in Morholt’s domain to the pre-Egyptian domain Uther had established.  Soto-sama said that she would lead them herself and started the reverse Exodus.  Uther showed them the way.
